Google Antigravity: Account Replacement Policy
To ensure your service remains active and eligible for support, please review our replacement guidelines below. Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of access without a refund or replacement.
1. Third-Party Integrations
The use of third-party software, plugins, or services (such as OpenClaw, Claude Code, etc.) is strictly prohibited. If your account is linked to any external tools, it will be automatically terminated, and no support or replacement will be offered.
2. AI Credit Usage
Do not consume AI credits within the Google Antigravity environment. Accounts that utilize these credits are flagged and immediately disabled by the system. These instances are not eligible for replacement.
3. AI Quota & Limits
- Google-Controlled: All usage quotas are managed directly by Google. We do not have the ability to increase or modify these limits.
- Reset Cycle: For Ultra accounts, the quota typically resets every 5 hours.
- Policy Changes: If Google updates their reset frequency or quota limits, we cannot provide replacement accounts or "extra" time to compensate for these changes.
4. Account Disablement
If your account is disabled, we will provide a replacement only if the disablement was not caused by a violation of Google's Terms of Service or the rules listed above.
5. Account Sharing & Hardware-Locking
Accounts are intended for single-user access and are hardware-locked via our Desktop App. Attempting to share your account, use it across excessive unauthorized devices, or bypass the hardware-lock will result in immediate termination without replacement.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the service and the upfront costs of provisioning, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If an issue arises that is on our end or eligible for warranty, we will compensate you with a replacement account per these guidelines, not a refund.
7. Scraping, Bots, & Automation
The use of automated scripts, headless browsers, web scrapers, or botting tools to forcefully interact with the AI interface is strictly prohibited. Use is only permitted through our official Desktop App or authorized web dashboard.
8. Support Eligibility Window
Replacements are only issued to users with an active, unexpired subscription plan. Once your plan period ends, support and replacement eligibility end with it.
Note: Please use the account as-is to ensure the longest possible lifespan for your access.
